Todd Menzel is a graduate of University of California at Irvine, where he was an NCAA Division I swimmer, and Duke University. A competitive swimmer for the last 19 years and a triathlete for the last six, Menzel combines his swimming background with a strong cycling leg to produce a potent swim-bike combination.
After capping his amateur race career with a win at the Los Angeles Triathlon he became a professional specializing in Olympic distance and competing on the world circuit.
As a USA Triathlon coach, Menzel seeks to bridge the gap between novice and budding intermediate triathletes - giving them the knowledge, ability and confidence to race successfully while having fun. |
